Dramatic Kidnapping Developments in Ondo State: Two Individuals Seized After Delivering Ransom for APC Ward Chairman Nelson Adepoyigi

Honorable Kolapo Oja, the Chairman of Ose Local Government Area, has spoken publicly about the case, confirming the initial negotiations. In an earlier interview, he said, “The ransom had been reduced to N5 million and food items.” While this showed some hope for resolution, the chairman also voiced his deep concern about the unexpected turn of events. He urged the public and those involved to remain calm, saying, “We appeal for calm while security efforts are intensified.” He emphasized the need for increased security presence and efforts to bring the situation under control.
