“In the process, Gift managed to get hold of the man’s manhood with her mouth and chop off the cap of the penis.”

Chaos in the Neighbourhood: Neighbours Rush to the Scene

Some angry residents reportedly tried to mob Gift in retaliation for the act, but the situation was brought under control when the Nkpolu Police Division, led by the Divisional Police Officer (DPO), arrived at the scene just in time.
