Tragedy in Ondo: Man Arrested Over Mysterious D3ath of Father's Tenant

 

A 41-year-old man, Odunayo Olomolatan, has been arrested by the Ondo State Police Command for allegedly hacking his father’s tenant, 22-year-old Joy Tale, to d3ath in Ode-Irele, located in the Irele Local Government Area of the state.

The horrifying incident occurred on Monday, May 5, and quickly drew attention from residents who alerted the authorities. The police responded swiftly after receiving a distress call from concerned neighbors.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the Ondo State Police Command, SP Olayinka Ayanlade, revealed that the suspect is currently being held at the Divisional Police Headquarters in Ode-Irele as investigations continue.

“Yes, I can confirm to you that the lady was allegedly hacked to death during argument between her and her landlord son. The suspect has been arrested, and investigation is ongoing to unravel circumstances surround the lady’s death,”Ayanlade said.
